Laura Allen

Assistant Solicitor

Laura joined Fullers Family Law Practice in July 2012. She trained at a top tier Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire, practising in family law, employment law, commercial dispute resolution and commercial property law and upon qualification Laura chose to practise family law.
Laura’s primary interest is in acting for clients with unusual and complex financial positions, whether they be married or unmarried, and assisting them in reaching a resolution upon separation. In particular, Laura has acted for clients with multiple business interests in foreign jurisdictions, and for clients with interests in family trust funds.
Laura is committed to approaching matters in a sensitive manner in order to avoid confrontation and animosity between separating couples, particularly where there are children involved. She appreciates that no two families are the same and is keen to explore options with clients as to the different methods by which they can resolve their disputes.
