Martin Fuller

Director

Martin Fuller started his career in law as an office junior with Solicitor's Practice in 1988 qualifying as a solicitor in 1996. Having travelled extensively he returned to practise family law in 1998.

He established Fullers Family Law Practice in 2003 in order to provide a specialist family law practice. As a niche practice, the Firm's clients benefit from lawyers who are focused on family law and dedicated to assisting those with family problems.

As an accomplished family lawyer, Martin is recognised by the Law Society and Resolution (formerly the SFLA) as a Family Specialist. In addition, he is a trained Collaborative Lawyer and Mediator. As such, Martin provides a common sense approach to resolving family issues in a conciliatory and cost effective manner in the interests of the family as a whole. He is qualified to undertake Mediation Information Assessment Meetings.

Martin specialises in issues relating to children and acting for clients of high net worth.

As an experienced advocate, he persuasively represents his clients' interests before the Court.
